Data Grid copy/paste/clear on hotkey

In Query Tab and Data Editor:
Ctrl-C/Cmd-C should copy the selected cell/region into clipboard

In Data Editor:
Ctrl-V/Cmd-V should paste the data into currently selected cell/region
Delete key should clear data in the selected cell/region
