Update 'stylelint' from version 14 to 15

The stylelint in the peerDependencies section of the package.json under the jest-stylelint-runner file is currently at version 14. To support the latest features, it is recommended to update it to version 15.

Please consider updating the 'stylelint' dependency to version 15 in the project's peerDependencies. This will ensure the project remains up to date and aligned with the latest developments in the 'stylelint' library.

As a suggestion: we might be able to just support stylelint: "14.x || 15.x" as I recall us internally often overriding pnpm's otherwise strict resolution rules.
