Create template for Kotlin Multiplatform

We need to create a base template for Kotlin Multiplatform + Compose Multiplatform before starting work on the app.

You can assign me this task. I'm available to work on this. Do we want a custom template or the default template with some common dependencies that we'll be using later in the project? Setting up a template also involves a theme, so what do you prefer for that?

Thanks @rohit9625 , it is yours. :) For the template, the default template (Shared UI Multiplatform App) with common dependencies should be fine. Theme-wise, just get Material3, the colors etc don't really matter for now, as we will probably be changing them later.
