Notices for unrelated channels appear in current buffer #133
Description
When a notice is sent to a channel that isn't active, the notice shows up in the current buffer instead of the buffer of the channel it originates from. Is this intended behavior? If so, is there an option to have notices only appear in the buffers they belong to?
