Component library enhancements

There are a number of enhancements that can be made to the component library. I will look to gradually chip away at these. They are:

• Move playground and wrapper details to a single json file.
• Add linting to code snippets in the parameters sections of wrapper pages.
• Write scripts which automatically generate new playground and wrapper pages.
• Create a single examples json file to contain references to playground pages which use different components.

Made some good progress on this ticket, re-writing the way that wrapper components data is read into the homepage which should make the app more robust going forwards.

Should be able to complete that area of work today, and will then need to merge in other workstreams before porting over to new approach.
