Button - basic version

Develop basic version of the button component.

I've developed a basic button component. There are many things that we may want to add to it such as:

• styling options like colour, size and shape
• different types of the button e.g. GDS have a 'Start' button that is used for when a user starts an application say and it takes them to a new page.
• option to add icons next to the text within the button
• loading state

We will need to do more thorough accessibility checks.
