refactor: Remove all comments from InstalledScriptsTab.tsx

- Remove all single-line comments (//)
- Remove all multi-line comments (/* */)
- Clean up excessive empty lines
- Improve code readability and reduce file size
- Maintain all functionality while removing documentation comments
