How to update Nginx Proxy Manager?

Hello, as the title says, how do i update Nginx Proxy Manager LXC to the latest version?
The footer of the Nginx Proxy Manager displays v2.11.1 © 2024 jc21.com.
Checking Nginx Proxy Manager github page i see that the latest release is v2.12.2, 29.12.2024.

The container was created originaly using tteck scripts, i have run update repository scripts on the PVE host.
bash -c "$(wget -qLO - https://github.com/community-scripts/ProxmoxVE/raw/main/misc/update-repo.sh)"

Running apt update && apt upgrade in LXC shell shows 0 updates available.

Run the install script in the lxc container.
bash -c "$(wget -qLO - https://github.com/community-scripts/ProxmoxVE/raw/main/ct/nginxproxymanager.sh)"

I get this error when i run the script:

EDIT: I was able to successfully run the script by commenting line 109.

I also got this error message when I tried to update Nginx Proxy Manager to the latest version. For quite some time now, from update to update.
In an older post by tteck, the solution is quite simple:
Execute the following line before the update
rm -rf /usr/lib/python3.*/EXTERNALLY-MANAGED
The Nginx Proxy Manager update will then run without errors.
