Description

We already have an addon Komodo, but the way it's defined doesn't use the Komodo app properly.

Komodo is intended to be used as a server/agent service.

Currently:
We have one addon which just compose up the default compose.yml of Komodo, which contains the core+periphery. However those parts should be separated into 2 distinct parts:

1. The server aka Komodo-core : it's meant to run as a singular instance, it's a light webserver to control all of your docker engines that are connected to it.
2. The agents aka Komodo-periphery : it's meant to be deployed on any machine that runs a docker engine so it can be linked to a Komodo-core and serves as an entry point for Komodo-core to command the docker engine.

what I suggested (and would like to PR) is having 2 distinctive scripts :

1. A CT (lxc) which setups_docker(because the Komodo core needs a docker to run its core for now) and runs the Komodo-core (the webserver) only.
2. An addon which doesn't need docker, that deploys a Komodo-periphery on the VM/lxc where it's called to deploy an agent that will link to the Komodo-core.

This suggestion exist to improve the usage of Komodo and make it more clear. So Komodo can follow the kind of installation Netbird or Pelican have on HelperScript.

• I have searched existing discussions and found no duplicate requests.
• The application requested has 600+ stars on Github (if applicable), is older than 6 months, actively maintained and has release tarballs published.
• I understand that not all applications will be accepted due to various reasons and criteria by the community-scripts ORG.

The general idea of this sounds good, especially if most people are not really gonna make use of periphery on a simple homelab install, however since all Docker management scripts have been migrated to being addons for Docker LXCs, this should still stay as an addon script.

My suggestion would be:

• PR the current Komodo addon script and change it so that periphery is not included in the intial setup or is an optional thing you can install during setup OR
• PR the current Komodo addon script and remove periphery, while adding a separate addon script for a Komodo-Periphery install (mentioning on its webpage that it's specifically an agent install and not the actual Komodo docker management script, since it might cause some confusion for some)

I feel like the second option is best one. I didn't knew a choice was made to make all Docker management scripts to addons.
