[Script request] Proxmox VE LXC Updater for single or multiple LXC containers

Description

The Proxmox VE LXC Updater script is great but it would be nice to have an option to select the LXC containers you would like update instead of selecting the one to exclude. When you run the script, you are prompted to "select containers to skip from updates" but it would be nice to have the option to instead select what to update. Also, does the current script output to a logfile somewhere? I couldn't find it but it would also be nice to have a log somewhere to reference.

I installed Audiveris as a VM in proxmox. Runs great but needs a lot of Ressources. Just setup a new Linux VM and follow the Installation guidelines in flathub - just as if you install it locally. I installed NoMachine (free!) to get a great client-experience without humbling around with VNC -installations on the shell.
