Open WebUI Ollama not available after fresh installation

I just installed Open WebUI with Ollama.

Unfortunately, Ollama isn't available in Open WebUI.


Is there anything else I need to do manually to make it available?
If not, how do I find out what my problem is?

I did only the installation with the script.

Yes, read the documentation on how to use the application. This is not a script issue.
Ollama works and is available. You didn't download a model

I never claimed it was a bug. (Otherwise, I would have created an issue.)
I saw Network Chuck's video where Open WebUI is set up with Ollama on Hostinger, and it's automatically installed there without any manual configuration.

Since this is a script and the installation of Open WebUI asks if you want to install Ollama, I assumed it would be usable immediately, as in this video.
Since that's not the case, this should be considered a suggestion for improvement.

I'm really failing to see what is your point here. Ollama is up and running with OpenWebUI.

There you can see, that by default a model is loaded and configured/selected, so that Open WebUI can be used rigth after the installation without configuring Ollama.
That's what I would have expected when I was asked during the installation process of Open WebUI whether I also wanted to install Ollama.
Probably this could also be a option in the install process? (Ideally with a selection of the model.)

Additional question unrelated to the actual topic: Or is it a better way not to install Ollama with Open WebUI, instead with the new separate script for Ollama which has been published?

Ollama installation doesn't come with default model iirc. Hostinger predownloads the model to be used, it seems.
If you ask me, i don't really care that much about it, its just 1.3GB in size, but if you don't want to use it, you have to delete it which is choosing between two evils :) Either you download the model you wanna use, or you have to delete the one i install to your LXC THEN download the one YOU wanna use...
