Ghost : Add option during install to add domain name

The current script is fine for testing on localhost but being able to add a domain during install would make it production ready which would be a great improvement.

Were you able to achieve this manually outside the script? If so, how did you do it?

OK thanks - I found this article and it seemed to work but wasn't sure so now I just leave things as they are and publish using Cloudflare Tunnels.
