Searxng Update not possible although it is labeled as updateable

If I try to update Searxng Container I always get:

Edit: Completely broken. Doesn't work anymore. I didn't even change anything after I installed my instance, set it up and it worked.
And a week later now I wanted to test the instance and it is unusable.

SearXNG has transitioned from Redis to Valkey and has a script /usr/local/searxng-src/utils/searxng.sh that can do all of the removal and installation tasks. Unfortunately the current helper script installs packages and forces the config settings for Redis. So I think the current version is a bit broken.

Updated searxng-install.sh to match the latest SearXNG installation guide and added Valkey from backports. Can you just copy & paste the changes, or should I open a PR in ProxmoxVE/ProxmoxVED? Is a check for old Redis removal necessary?
