New to Proxmox. Low network speed on Mini PC

Hello community, I am new to the topic and I started with proxmox on my Mini PC (
NiPoGi AM06 PRO Mini PC АMD Ryzen 7 5825U) I installed pios as a VM and nextpvr as a LCX. I am wondering, why the network speed is so slow. A browser speed test within the Pios is only 100 Mbit and copy a file via sftp is only 10 Mbit/Sec.
Is there a chance to increase the speed of the network? The mini PC has Gigabit LAN
