create_lxc.sh don´t use local template

I'm trying to install frigate on proxmox 9, it didn't have debian 11, so I downloaded it directly using Download URL button.
The script have a TEMPLATE_FALLBACK logic but it's used only if pveam update fails.

The Script dont know the Name of the Template which is not available via pveam. So the question is, how can it recognize If the Template is correct, and how recognize Debian 11 is the correct OS for this Template? Maybe It is conceivable that we could build in a var for this, where the complete name of the file is given, and then this is used - otherwise it will not be possible, since Debian 11 is no longer included on PVE9.

Hi Mick, thank you for your answer.
If I understood well, in case of pveam update fails, there is a template fallback logic that search for that template locally, but it's never used as the result of pveam available is always checked.

Hey, Mick, sorry for working without your answer, but...
I have created the issue #6843 and the PR #6844 that fix it, as I said, I'm not skilled, but now I have frigate running in my proxmox 9 with manually downloaded template.
