There are people who don't speak and understand English very well. They just look for the most important information and search for it there. Therefore, the login information should also be listed under "Default Login Credentials" and not elsewhere. Even users who often install such things often just quickly look at the places where it should be. It would be better to put it under "Default Login Credentials." It's better now, but still not good.
