qBittorrent - locked out from WebUI after trying to enable HTTPS

How do you revert HTTPS setting?
So I tried to change /root/.config/qBittorrent/qBittorrent.conf parameter WebUI/HTTPS/Enabled=false

But after running systemctl restart qbittorrent-nox.service or sudo reboot config reverted where https still enabled and still locked out from WebUI.

Nevermind. Some combination of systemctl disable/enable and halt instead of reboot persisted the config change.
