[metube-install] A default option caused an issue in metube.

I was wondering if it might be possible to have the file name length limitation disabled by default.
It seems this setting has been causing Metube to behave unexpectedly.
We've received feedback from several users about this, though it appears to be a configuration issue rather than an actual bug in the program.

This is @MickLesk script, he probably knows why that was put in.
Either way, nothing really stops you from removing it from the .env file

Because some Users reported Issues while downloading Twitter and Reddit Files. (Too Long filenames), and this was the official fix from ytdlp at the time ive added it

Okay, I just wanted to follow up on this situation. It might not be ideal to remove this fix either.
@MickLesk If possible, could we consider adding a prompt in the interface to inform users: “This configuration may result in only one video file being saved when downloading videos with similar names”?
