Open WebUI is not updating.

Open-WebUI says after running the update script that everything is up to date and shows the latest version, but the update did not actually go through. I think something is wrong with displaying the actually installed version.

then its an upstream thing. We ALWAYS use the latest (release) tarball.

Moreover, our script installs uv package via: uv tool install --python 3.12 open-webui[all]

so, we literaly pull what they give us. It's not up to us to fix this

The command for the update script isn’t correct, is it?

Shouldn’t it be like this?

uv tool upgrade --python 3.12 open-webui[all]
