Any idea if it would be in https://community-scripts.github.io/ProxmoxVE/scripts ???

pct reported 'unsupported ... version' – your LXC stack might be too old for this template.
We can try to upgrade 'pve-container' and 'lxc-pve' now and retry automatically.

And you cant read the Error? Your Proxmox is too old for Debian 13 Container
