RSS Feeds for individual apps

It would be nice if there was a link on each apps page for an RSS feed for when that specific app gets an update.

📝 Detailed description

This Repos release.atom is great.

I'd like to be able to subscribe to RSS updates per individual app, with the available changelog.

It would also be great if this proposed feed could also hint at possible warnings and breaking changes that require manual intervention to resolve.

Additionally, if the script calls for a change in cpu/ram/hdd requirements, from previous versions, that information would be nice too.

💡 Why is this useful?

This information is good to allow "admins" to be informed, and maintain "infrastructure" to latest security patches and updates.

This would go beyond the scope of the community script imho and take far to much time to maintain for 400+ scripts, as that kinda of data would have to be manually entered/updated for each app.
