exclude symlinks when checking for old data directories. Correct typo (asginl to asgi)

paperless: ASGI interface typo

Update paperless-ngx.sh to exclude symlinks when checking for old data directories. Correct typo in paperless-ngx-install.sh by changing 'asginl' to 'asgi' for the Granian interface.
