publish yak workflow / support rhino's package manager

hi @gonzalocasas can you enlighten me wrt inter package management: there's a compas_fab package on yak as well as a compas package, which have co-dependencies. I guess it might be tricky where say the compas package is updated, but compas_fab still relies on n-1? how can we handle that?

-> check how compas and compas_eve handle this
