Missing abbreviation for Physics produces incorrect abbrev for PCCP

Hi,

Physical Chemistry Chemical Physics's journal abbreviation is Phys. Chem. Chem. Phys. but jabbrv fails to abbreviate it as such since there's no abbreviation for the word "Physics" in the files.

You can see that mentioned abbreviation is a valid one here: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nlmcatalog?db=journals&term=%22Phys+Chem+Chem+Phys%22%5BTitle+Abbreviation%5D

and searching for "physics" in https://www.issn.org/services/online-services/access-to-the-ltwa/ indeed says the abbreviation for it is "phys". This is also present in the CSV file available for download.
