[Feature Request]: Use Google Benchmark to test performance

### Description of new feature

Currently CppInterOp has tests which check that PRs don't break functionality using Googletest. I have never used the code before, but it might be worth investigating using Google Benchmark to check for any performance changes between main and a PR. https://github.com/google/benchmark
