[Bug]: InterpreterTest.MultipleInterpreter is unstable test

Description of bug

The InterpreterTest.MultipleInterpreter test is have a noticeably amount of failures in the ci of PRs and builds of main with the following error message

1: [ RUN      ] InterpreterTest.MultipleInterpreter
1/2 Test #1: cppinterop-CppInterOpTests ..............***Exception: SegFault 15.89 sec

Its happening often enough that a release while this bug is unsolved would be a bad idea I believe.

Hi @mcbarton, I had a discussion with @vgvassilev. I believe it will take some time to fix InterpreterTest.MultipleInterpreter test. Can you skip the test for now, linking it to this issue. I am working on a potential fix.
