Option to specify specific additional files to copy?

For those who don't use embedded images, the "Copy non-audio files" must be used to transfer over Artwork (such as Cover.jpg, etc). This, however, will also copy over CUE and LOG files. Is there a chance there could be an option to specify files to copy, such as a "Files that match this file name pattern" field?
