Add more context to the parsed entities #2
Description
Add enough context to the parsed entities such that the tasks below can be performed with relative ease
- Check released APIs with no haddock coverage
- Check released APIs with no time/space complexity annotations
- Check released APIs without since annotations
- Check new APIs have a since annotation for the current release
- Check functions deprecated for too long
