psiPerEvent, input error #216
Description
The TPM quant file of single sample contains only transcript ID and TPM value. TPM was from quant.sf of Salmon and values were not zero.
run python suppa.py psiPerEvent -i suppa_SE_strict.ioe -e tpm.tsv -o
Got RROR:lib.tools:['Unexpected number of fields. 3 expected, 2 given']. Why 3 expected?
