Extend segmentation preprocessing and intensity normalization to whole volume

We have to integrate the segmentation dilation in the measurement function, so that we can derive the measures for the GFP evaluation at the whole volume level.

In addition, I haven't actually tested yet if the background normalization works when applied to full volumes. It's implemented in the function already, so should work in principle, but it should be checked.
