How to use additional models that were used for experiments in the publication

I am interested in using some of the specialist models, such as LIVECell Specialist Models (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.11115426) or TissueNet Specialist Models (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.11115998), but I am unsure how to get these into napari.

you can load these models via custom weights path in Embedding Settings in napari. See also https://computational-cell-analytics.github.io/micro-sam/micro_sam.html#annotator-2d.
If you use the CLI or python functions then you can use the argument checkpoint. See e.g. https://computational-cell-analytics.github.io/micro-sam/micro_sam/automatic_segmentation.html#get_predictor_and_segmenter.
