IMOD Segmentation Exports are misaligned #151
Description
Reported by Julius: the z-axis in segmented objects exported to IMOD are misaligned (this is likely due to the usual MRC axis issues).
I assume that happens when exporting via https://github.com/computational-cell-analytics/synapse-net/blob/main/synapse_net/imod/to_imod.py#L35.
