Viewing LC-MS/MS datasets (MOGI vs standard) #3
Description
When using MOGI the LC-MS/MS dataset not linked to either ISA and Galaxy are not shown. Would be better to have different access to both "LC-MS/MS MOGI uploaded" and "LC-MS/MS-manual uploaded"
to avoid confusion.
