Add a "draft" stamp in PDF for submission 

In order to clearly distinguish the versions submitted on the authors' pages from those published in Computo, distinguishing marks must be added to the PDF and HTML templates. 

This is done in HTML when the tag draft is set to true in the metadata.

We must do the same for the PDF output with a draft stamp (a LaTeX package exists for this).
