Something like \Comment{see \eqref{E} and \eqref{F}} in the pseudocode completely fails in html rendering.

My current workaround is to hardcode the equation lines for html rendering.

I think you need to ask for this over at https://github.com/leovan/quarto-pseudocode, which is the extension that Computo is using.
