How to execute Unbiased Neighbor Sampling and Forest Fire Sampling in C-SAW?

I have read your paper and code, but I don't quite understand how to use the bias in the existing API to save all the nodes in each layer for sampling in the next layer, and how to set the fan-out or probability of sampling.
