Cannot find tag with PodDisruptionBudget semver comparison #350

Master seems to be the only place where this change exists. Needed for k8s 1.26.
Reproduction steps
- git diff master..v17.2.0 templates/worker-policy.yaml
Diff shows lines don't exist in v17.2.0 tag
Expected behavior
lines to be present in latest tag
