Resource should support skipping checksums for S3 backends #193

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Version v2.4.0 of the s3-resource added support for skipping checksums for compatibility with different S3 providers. The semver resource currently does not support passing the same parameter when using S3 as the storage backend

The semver resource can also configure skipping of checksums when using the S3 backend
