NLO support #3
Description
At the moment, an NLO calculation like
generate p p > e+ e- aEW=2 aS=0 [QCD]
output test_nlo
doesn't pick up the installed versions of cuttools, ninja, and collier and tries to reinstall them. It isn't clear why this is happening. Additionally, it wants to compile iregi.
