Solution to issue cannot be found in the documentation.

  • I checked the documentation.

Issue

For osx-arm64 builds of mg5amcnlo following PR #6, running something like

# tutorial.mg5

output MY_FIRST_MG5_RUN

launch MY_FIRST_MG5_RUN

results in Pythia erroring and aborting at the end.

Manually invoking ./MG5aMC_PY8_interface shows that symlinking of the $CONDA_PREFIX/lib/libpythia8.dylib isn't getting picked up correctly
