Remove tensorflow-estimator

Tensorflow estimator has been deprecated since v2.15 and the repository has been archived.
What are your thoughts on removing it here?

If there is no supported way to install it via pip. We should remove it.

There's a pip installable pure python wheel with version 2.15, but here we build it for every tensorflow version

Is it appropriate to make a new feedstock with a looser pin and have « one build » to simplify things here?

Scratch that. Current package does not work.

If the current package doesn’t work. Then nobody is using it.

So let’s just delete it.

We can create a new repo upon request if somebody is interested.
