Install VMTK with VTK 9.3.x without getting the vtk-base 9.2.6

Hi,
Thank you for making VMTK available with more modern versions of VTK.
I am installing on Win64 with Python 3.11.

I need to use VTK 9.3 since the way that direction matrices is handled (before VTK could not deal with direction cosines in image volumes).

When I install VMTK it also installs vtk-base 9.2.6 meaning that the direction matrix system gets broken again.

Is there any way of avoiding vtk-base being installed or having vtk-base 9.3.x installed instead?

Thanks for reporting this - I guess the version pinning has some issues. I will try to fix it

This feedstock needs to be rebuilt for vtk 9.3, see #28 or #25. While we're at it, it should also be rebuilt for newer boost (#27) and libitk (#26). Merging these migration PRs is essential to keeping things working in an ecosystem where baseline dependencies move on over time.
