Example notebook not working

The example notebook does not correctly start the python version installed by condacollab. I cannot get condacollab to work in any notebook.

(Note that I added two cells to the example to print the Python versions from the command line and from a Python cell). This causes packages installed via conda to not be recognized by the Python cells.

I saw #68 and I reckon this is the same issue, but this time with Python 3.12

Tried a similar trick as suggested in #68 and managed to get it working:

import condacolab
condacolab.install_from_url("https://github.com/conda-forge/miniforge/releases/download/25.3.1-0/Miniforge3-Linux-x86_64.sh")

Hi all, Colab has update to python 3.12, right now I'm using the trick above from @RaulPPelaez to make it work. Any plans to update?
