How to identify the CoCo stack version to use the right Trustee version

The CoCo stack that includes the guest-components (kata-agent, attestation-agent etc) is closely tied to the Trustee version.
We will need a way to identify the installed CoCo stack so as to deploy the correct Trustee version in the user's namespace.
