Description
When I used version 2.11.1, the program could run normally. Upgrading to version 2.13.0 will cause an error.
The procedure entry point curl_url could not be located in the dynamic link library librdkafka.dll。
I tested version 2.12.0 as well, and it also reported the same error.
My environment：
- WIn 11
- VS 2026
- dotnet 10
