If the template parameter paga is already open, select a topic to generate template won’t populate the fields

1. Go to "help center", select generate project.
2. Select python client project.
3. Right click on a topic and select generate project for topic.
4. Select the same python client project.

Observe fields such as bootstrap server/topic name isn't filled.
