Remove pipelineSpec from pipeline definitions

Because we moved the pipeline to cli-build.yaml, we have to modify
the default generated pipelines like this.

(FWIW I think we should move back to the more vanilla Konflux
standard to avoid needing to this kind of thing in future.)
