Add a FIXME tag to POIs with invalid numbers

It would be super helpful if you could add a fixme tag to the POIs with invalid phone numbers (trully wrong, not format is wrong) so they can be targeted by apps like StreetComplete or Every door based on the output of this validator.

That would be a good idea. Unfortunately, StreetComplete shows notes very prominently, but I don't think shows fixmes at all, and Every Door is the opposite, showing fixmes well, but not showing notes. Maybe it needs a button for both, then you can choose which one to do.

Judging from the conversation at streetcomplete/StreetComplete#5934 adding a fixme=phone (or appending ;phone if a fixme=* already exists) would be reasonable for both applications.

The difference with streetcomplete/StreetComplete#5934 is that StreetComplete does have a quest for names, but does not have a quest for phone numbers.

My general preference is for notes, over fixmes, as I find them more visible, but others have ways of processing fixmes that would probably make them say the opposite.

SCEE (StreetComplete "Expert Edition" fork) does have a quests asking for the phone number.

I do agree that notes are much more visible. But I would be super wary of dumping a lot of notes on the map. There are a lot of people that are super towards zero notes goal that will be angry about it. While almost no one cares if fixme tags stay open forever. I will try pooling the community to see what others think.

The notes would only ever be added by someone choosing to open the notes, so it wouldn't necessarily be dumping. My experience of fixing numbers is that if there is a website, the correct number can almost always be found. If not, perhaps a website can be found, or maybe the POI is actually closed or gone, but has not been updated as such. This leads to not very many truly unfixable numbers that would need a note or a survey.

I've added a button to create a note on invalid items, I'll see if I add an option to add a fixme button too
