Set relative position of image #38

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If an image is anchored at the page or a paragraph, it cannot be positioned relative to its anchor or any other element.
Describe the solution you'd like
On an image it should be possible to set the relative position if it is not anchored as a character so that the position of the image can be controlled.
