Problem or Use Case

Hey,

the only thing i am missing with the new custom rules is to use pause time. When a user pauses a video for something like 15 Minutes i want to kill the stream.

Proposed Solution

It would be nice to have an option in the custom rules for paused streams.

I really like this feature request. I find it a very important use case for Jellyfin since it's not a built-in feature.
